You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use TechRound’s AI-powered practice features.
3. Description of Service
TechRound is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that provides practice cases, coding challenges, mock interviews, and AI-generated feedback. The service is provided "as is" for educational purposes.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password confidential.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of TechRound are owned by TechRound and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your responses and practice data remain yours.
7. AI-Generated Content
Feedback and grading are generated by AI for educational practice. They may be incomplete or wrong. TechRound’s scoring and recommendation engine is not calibrated as a hiring-readiness, career-level, or interview-outcome predictor and must not be used as an employment decision.
8. Privacy
Your use of TechRound is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein.
9. Limitation of Liability
TechRound is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
